We offer two levels of management services to cater to your needs. Our full management service includes comprehensive support, from initial setup to ongoing monthly management. For those seeking a more cost-effective solution, our budget management service provides essential management support with a lower monthly commission. Both services include a re-let fee each time the property needs re-letting.

TENANT-FINDING SERVICES

Our tenant-finding services provide a one-off solution whenever your property requires new tenants. This service ensures a smooth transition and secure, reliable tenants for your property.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

We offer a range of additional services to support your property management needs. These include tenant referencing, credit checks, lease renewals, inventory services, duplicate statements, etc. Our professional team is available for additional services hourly, and we conduct check-ins, check-outs, and void property inspections as needed. OUR TENANT SERVICES AND CHARGES

DURING THE TENANCY (PAYABLE TO THE AGENT)

Before the tenancy starts, tenants must pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent and a deposit equivalent to five weeks' rent to Trafalgar Properties. If tenants wish to change the tenancy agreement, a fee is payable to the agent during the tenancy. Late payment of rent incurs an interest charge, and reasonable costs may apply for the loss of keys or security devices. Additionally, tenants may need to cover any unpaid rent or reasonable costs associated with early termination of the tenancy. 

DURING THE TENANCY (PAYABLE TO THE PROVIDER, IF APPLICABLE)

Payments to service providers during the tenancy may include utilities such as gas, electricity, and water, as well as telephone and broadband communications. Tenants are also responsible for the installation and subscription to cable or satellite services, television licence fees, and council tax. Other permitted payments may include any additional charges allowed under relevant legislation, including contractual damages.
